The Curry Brand has partnered with Charity Bounce, an Australian non-profit organisation, to build Curry Brand’s first official basketball court outside of the United States at the Archliffe Youth Centre in South Sydney.
The centre recently added a new FIBA-approved venue to host elite basketball competitions and youth programs targeting indigenous and culturally diverse youth, including newly arrived refugees.
Williams is a global ambassador for Charity Bounce. Now Williams loves to give back to the community, using his experience with the Harlem Globetrotters to motivate, inspire and teach basketball skills and valuable life skills.
As part of the Curry brand’s mission to “change the game forever,” basketball courts worldwide are being upgraded to provide equal access and opportunity for underprivileged youth through sports.
